Rosalia Vila Also known as Rosalia She is the Spanish flamenco singer from Spain. She has been a part of the fringes of popular and traditional music from her early teens, she plays in other genres like hip-hop, soul and trap. Her voice has been called by a greater talent than flamenco guitarist Pepe Habichuela as crystal clear and smooth, yet having a punch similar to the old versions. El Mal Querer, her follow-up album to Los Angeles in 2017, has been a huge critical and commercial hit. It topped the Billboard Latin Pop Albums Chart and received a Grammy. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd and The Weeknd, came out in 2021. Motomami, her third album was a collaboration with songwriting partners Cory Henry, James Blake and other artists. It was released on March 20th, 2022 just after the appearance on Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia is the very first Spanish singer to perform solo on the program. In addition to winning three additional Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia, she also became the first female to be awarded this award twice. Latin Album of the Year twice.
